Your details stay focused on your request.

Booking requests submitted through this website are stored securely for review in the restricted Keylight Locations owner dashboard. We collect the selected location, requested dates and times, attendee count, production type, your name and email, and any optional phone number or message you provide. We use these details to review and respond to your request. We do not sell submission information.

Production inquiries

Submitting a booking request does not confirm a reservation or take payment. We keep a request reference to prevent duplicate submissions and a hashed, rotating network identifier to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored with requests. When you choose an email link, your own email app opens. You decide what to include and send the message directly to Keylight Locations. The website does not receive or store that draft. Your email provider and Keylight Locations’ email provider process a message after you send it under their own privacy terms.

Property submissions

Property owners and authorized representatives can use the email pathway to share basic property information and optional links. You do not need to include an exact address in your first message. If a property appears to be a fit, Keylight Locations can request additional details privately during follow-up.

Links and materials

Only share links and materials you are authorized to provide. Check that photo folders have the intended access setting, and avoid including confidential information that is not needed for review.

Owner dashboard

The restricted owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in to verify the site administrator. It stores the owner account identifier, listing order, photo selections, uploaded listing images, and booking requests and their review status. These controls are unavailable to other visitors. Uploaded images are published only when the owner publishes the photo selection.

Your choices
